Today, I'm gonna describe how you can brew saffron, so you have a nice red brewed saffron to add to your food or to decorate a food. What you need is a stone or stainless steel mortar and pestle. If you decide to have a stone one, you need to use it only for the saffron, since it will stain with saffron color.

How to prepare
In a stone or stainless steel mortar and pestle, powder the amount of saffron given in the recipe until it's completely grounded. Add it to a small glass bottle and add the given amount of hot water on it. Cover the bottle with a lid. Set aside for 5-10 minutes until it turns to a beautifully red liquid.Enjoy :)
