Chicken Broth

Hi everyone,
Today, I'll explain how I'm making the chicken broth. I usually froze some of it, to have it in hand for my recipes which they need chicken broth.



Serving size: 2 cup
Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 1 hour

What you need

Chicken breast: half
Salt: 2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Cayenne pepper: 1/4 tsp
Medium onion: 1
Water: 2 cup

How to prepare

  • Chop the onion, and put it in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
  • Add chicken breast, salt, pepper, turmeric and water on it and turn the heat on low with a closed lid. Let it cooked for 1:30-2 hours. It's ready!
